Service Resources for Ascension Sunday

Ascension Sunday is celebrated by many churches on the Sunday following the fortieth day after Easter. The day celebrates Christ’s ascension into heaven in the sight of the disciples on the Mount of Olives. The day helps us remember that the exalted Christ even now intercedes for us at the Father’s right hand.
